One outcome may require more than one decision.

FORTITUDE™ gives you 90 days to work through that process instead of treating an important issue as a one-time conversation.

FORTITUDE™ provides the environment and decision process.
A participant may enter wanting to create a viable path to consistent client acquisition. The work may examine the right buyers, offer positioning, access, past attempts, avoided decisions, necessary tests, and next actions.
That does not promise a certain number of clients. The same distinction applies to every pivotal outcome.

No. FORTITUDE™ is a private 90-day decision environment built around one pivotal outcome and the connected decisions required to move it. There is no generic curriculum. The work is driven by the real situation in front of you. Cornelius serves as a Trusted Thinking Partner for Pivotal Decisions while you remain responsible for the decisions themselves.
What am I paying for?
You are paying for 90 days of private access to an environment built around one important outcome in your life, work, or business. We work through the situations and connected decisions affecting that outcome using Observe → Decide → Act → Review.
Do I need to know exactly what my problem is before applying?
No. You need to know what needs to be different. Part of the work is determining what is actually happening and whether you are solving the right problem.
Will Cornelius tell me what decision to make?
No. Cornelius provides an outside perspective, challenges assumptions, identifies what may be overlooked, and helps you work through the decision. You remain the decision-maker.
Does FORTITUDE™ guarantee my outcome?
No. No external outcome can responsibly be guaranteed. FORTITUDE™ provides the environment and process for observing the situation, deciding, acting, and reviewing what happens.
Why does the work last 90 days?
One outcome may require more than one decision. Action creates new information, and that information may reveal another decision. Ninety days gives you time to work through that loop instead of treating an important issue as a one-time conversation.
What if my outcome changes during the 90 days?
If the evidence shows that the original outcome or underlying problem was misunderstood, that discovery becomes part of the work. The process follows what the evidence reveals.
